They can't clean a trailer. Water spots all over the truck just dont have any pictures of that paid extra for wax you can't even tell is there. Called them sent pictures to them and they will not refund. 7/13/2026. Email them 7/15/2026 still waiting for a response. 7/26/2026 emailed me back agreed to refund me but wanted full card number expiration date and 3 digit code. Sound like a scam to me told them to mail me a check haven't heard anything back in over a week. Less and less impressed the more I deal with this place.

If I could give negative stars I would. The wash was good. They definitely got the truck and trailer clean. The wax and spot free rinse screwed that all up. Big white water spots everywhere. Windex won’t even take it off the glass. The paint feels gritty. No smooth finish like it should be. All the stainless looks absolutely horrible. Never ever going back. Can't express the on how horrible this place is now. I can't rate it zero or I would. $155 for this kind if work on a full washout going to hogs from cows. Absolutely atrocious work done and when I brought it up to the manager on duty all he said is we can move you to another bay and charge you more. I will never be back to this business again. Will continue my business with mid america across the river.
